Refund & Cancellation Policy

At GEEGA TECH & GHARTAK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (Geega Technologies), we aim to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.


Cancellations

  • Requests for cancellation must be made before the commencement of development or service delivery.

  • Once the project or service has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Development or service has not been initiated.

  • The project cannot be completed due to unforeseen technical limitations.

  • Duplicate or erroneous payment has been made.

  • Valid concerns raised by the client that cannot be resolved despite best efforts.

All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval.


Refund Process

  • Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.

  • The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Work has already been completed or delivered.

  • Partial work has been completed and approved by the client.

  • Delay caused due to lack of communication or required input from the client.

  • Change of mind after project initiation.


General Terms

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the original payment mode.

  • Any transaction or currency conversion charges imposed by banks/payment gateways will be borne by the customer.

  • The company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
