At GEEGA TECH & GHARTAK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED (Geega Technologies), we aim to provide high-quality services and ensure customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed.
Requests for cancellation must be made before the commencement of development or service delivery.
Once the project or service has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:
Development or service has not been initiated.
The project cannot be completed due to unforeseen technical limitations.
Duplicate or erroneous payment has been made.
Valid concerns raised by the client that cannot be resolved despite best efforts.
All refund requests are subject to internal review and approval.
Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days.
The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Work has already been completed or delivered.
Partial work has been completed and approved by the client.
Delay caused due to lack of communication or required input from the client.
Change of mind after project initiation.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the original payment mode.
Any transaction or currency conversion charges imposed by banks/payment gateways will be borne by the customer.
The company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
