Geega Technologies Refund Policy

At Geega Technologies, our Refund Policy is designed to follow industry standards and ensure fair and transparent handling of refund claims. We are committed to evaluating each case thoroughly, ensuring that decisions are made based on justified and mutually agreeable terms. Our policies are structured to address a variety of situations, keeping in mind the diverse needs and business contexts of our clients.

Coverage & Scope

This Refund Policy applies specifically to actions and procedures taken by Geega Technologies concerning refunds. It does not extend to companies not owned or controlled by Geega Technologies, nor to individuals or third-party service providers with whom we do not have a direct employment or contractual relationship. This includes any third-party websites linked to our website.

When Are You Eligible for a Refund?

If you raise a complaint with Geega Technologies, we will first attempt to resolve the issue with the best possible solution. Your case will be reviewed by our technical team and then escalated to the expert panel. Refunds are only considered in exceptional circumstances, when a resolution is not feasible.

Refund eligibility will be determined based on the following criteria:

  • Development or post-sales operations have not commenced.
  • The issues with the project are beyond feasible repair or resolution.
  • You have adhered to our payment terms.
  • You have not used any of the information or services for business or monetary gain during the course of our partnership.
  • The reasons for requesting a refund are rational and justified.
  • You have demonstrated a clear understanding of UI design and development, particularly what makes an app engaging and appealing.
  • You have provided sufficient evidence supporting your refund claim.
  • The claim does not stem from a billing dispute with your bank or payment vendor.

Important Note: If any of the above conditions are violated, your claim will be considered invalid. All refund decisions are final and non-negotiable.

Refund Process

  1. Pre-Refund:

    • Refund requests are thoroughly analyzed for authenticity.
    • We compare your query with valid conditions and relevant reference points.
    • If applicable, we will proceed with either a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.
  2. Post-Refund:

    • You will need to sign a refund agreement as proof.
    • Unless otherwise instructed, you must delete all copies of shared information and communications exchanged during the process.
  3. Transaction:

    • The refund process may take 7-10 business days to complete after the agreement is signed.
    • Refunds will be made in the same currency as the original transaction. If the refund is issued in a different currency, any exchange fees or discrepancies due to currency fluctuation are your responsibility.
